Our heart’s desire at Church of the Saviour is to glorify God by making disciples of Jesus Christ in Wayne & beyond. We do this by loving God, loving others, getting equipped and serving the world. We regularly ask God to help us to worship him passionately, to connect with others in genuine relationships, and to be better equipped by the church so that we can maximize our kingdom impact through the spiritual gifts that the Holy Spirit has given.
October 8th: Loving Others • Special Message: Reflections on Charlottesviille
If you come to COS for a visit (which I sure hope you will), then please know that I would love to meet you personally; come introduce yourself after one of our services! Get to know us as well through our biweekly issue of COS This Week (click here to sign up), as well as online sermons. We encourage visitors and regular attendees alike to sign up for a variety of church communications, and our Facebook page is also a great place to get to know us.
Also, an ideal resolution is to follow a Bible reading track, which is ever rewarding and strengthening.
If you have given up on God or the church, we hope and pray that you will consider checking out our imperfect family of faith as we commit to growing closer to God and to each other. We believe that there is a God-shaped hole inside every human heart that can only be filled and satisfied by the person of Jesus Christ, who has made a huge difference in our lives and we find him too good to selfishly keep to ourselves. So we share his good news wherever we go.
Again, I look forward to meeting you in person!
