The Gospel-Centered Life is a nine-lesson small group study intended to help participants understand how the gospel shapes every aspect of life. Each lesson is self-contained, featuring clear teaching from Scripture and requires no extra work outside of the group setting. This content is offered in both leader and participant format. We've seen this used in our church's Beta course and a recent summer college community group utilized it. Great material!
Dispatches from the Front - Believers everywhere desperately need a renewed vision of Christ and the unstoppable advance of His saving work in all the earth. Our view of God’s Kingdom is often too small and limited to what we have experienced. Dispatches from the Front highlights the marvelous extent, diversity, and unity of Christ’s Kingdom in our world." Take a few weeks as a group to watch 2 or all of these 7 DVDs, followed by a reaction dialogue and prayer, will be well worth your time. It portrays excellent journal-narration, cinematography alongside gospel-centered reflections from Southeast Asia, Albania, Kosovo, West Africa, India, Ethiopia and Southern Sudan and more.
The Gospel in Life joins author and pastor Timothy Keller in an eight-week video-based study of the Gospel and how to live it out in everyday life. In week one you and your group will study the city, your home now - the world that is. Week eight closes with the theme of the eternal city, your heavenly home - the world that is to come. In between you’ll learn how the Gospel can change your heart, your community, and how you live in this world.

Church Matters - The church at Corinth was hardly a model church. Preoccupied with all sorts of matters that led these early Christians astray, it is easy to see why Paul is matter-of-fact, rebuking and correcting them in his letter. However, the church at Corinth was God's church, and that, as Paul reminds the Corinthians, is why they mattered to God very much indeed. In these studies on 1 Corinthians 1-7, we will learn to see church the way that God sees church, and why, therefore, church matters.
Biblical Womanhood - Everywhere women face choices — home or career, money or relationships, 'secure' marriage or 'free' singleness, using your looks to get on or ignoring your looks and getting ignored, competing with the boys or retreating into the sisterhood ghetto, the 'progress' of feminism or the 'nostalgia' of motherhood and apple-pie, women bishops or tea-ladies and baby-sitters? Our culture has plenty to say on all these issues. But a Christian woman, seeking to live for her Lord, will first of all want to find out God’s design, purposes and promises for women. This 9-week study guide and course doesn’t set out to be politically correct but faithful to Scripture.
1 Peter: Living in the Real World - Christians in the west have had an easy ride for the last couple of centuries, with freedom to practice their faith, meet together, read and teach the Bible and evangelize. This is unusual compared with the experience of most Bible-believing Christians throughout history and worldwide today. This study of 1 Peter searches questions like 'Why does God let this happen? How can my faith survive? How should I treat those who cause me suffering?' These questions and more are covered in five sessions, full of practical application. Whatever happens, let's be prepared, so that our faith 'may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed.
Change and Your Relationships: A Mess Worth Making - A 12 session Study Guide helping small groups to identify the deeper issues that keep relationships less than they are designed to be. KNOWING THE BIBLE Series! These 12 week studies, edited by J.I. Packer in 2013, help readers better understand and apply the Scriptures. Each study includes: Reflection Questions, Gospel Glimpses, Whole-Bible Connections to the story of redemption culminating in Christ and Theological Soundings of historic and orthoodox doctrines as reinforced by the Scriptures. I strongly recommend these studies. They're very accessible for leading a group, and if you use them, I also recommend you provide a copy for each group member.
