Opportunities to Serve

Opportunities to Serve at Church of the Saviour

How do I grow and mature as a disciple of Jesus Christ? How do I experience God's mercies in new ways? How do I get to know other people in a large church whom I might not otherwise encounter? One way is to serve others in Jesus’ name! When we serve God with our time and talents, we put our love for him into action. At a large church like COS, it can be hard to know what the needs are and how to plug in. On August 20th and 27th, we will hold an engaging Serve/Volunteer Fair focused on ways that you can make a difference by volunteering in and through the church. This will be a casual opportunity to chat with ministry leaders and find out more about the needs they see for the coming year. It’s also a great opportunity to brainstorm about how your particular skills may be best used to represent God’s love for his people. The opportunities listed below are highlights and others will be available as well.

Stop by the Bldg. A Welcome Center from 9:15 a.m.–1 p.m. on both Sundays; join us as we work together in God’s service!
